Spirit-packs can be organized on websites or order forms with pre-approved merchandise available for the players, their families and their friends. The merchandise is selected by the coach and typically includes items such as performance t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, socks, and pullovers in both men’s and women’s styles. In addition, sport specific options such as football cleats or basketball shoes and equipment such as shin guards or volleyball knee pads can be included.
Our online spirit-pack ordering system helps us process your team’s order faster than a traditional order form. The traditional method requires a coach or team representative to distribute the list of pre-approved gear, collect the orders and payment, submit them to a team dealer, and ultimately distribute to their players. We can do most of this electronically saving time, money, and headaches. There is no additional upfront fee for using this web-based ordering system.
How does it work? The coach can distribute a flyer we usually create, which lists the pre-approved gear, the link to access the site and an order deadline date. The players, family, or friends log onto the Team Packs website by going to www.teamsportsinc.us and clicking on Spirit-Packs. Once the site is accessed, orders can be easily placed by clicking on an item, selecting a color and size, and moving it to the check-out area. All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Once the deadline has arrived, the orders will be downloaded and entered into the system for production. Orders are typically sorted individually and can be delivered to one location for easy distribution, or shipped individually to the buyer’s address (this option incurs an additional fee and needs approval by the coach/administrator).
